Yes. Every local move includes three standard charges: a minimum number of hours based on crew size (crew size plus 1 hour), a travel fee, and a fuel charge. These are included in your written estimate upfront, so there are no surprises on moving day.

We recommend booking two to four weeks ahead for local moves and four to six weeks ahead for long-distance or interstate moves, especially during summer, which is our busiest season. That said, we’ll always do what we can to accommodate shorter timelines.

Quotes are based on the size of your move, the distance, access at both locations (stairs, elevators, parking), and any additional services like packing or storage. We provide clear, written estimates so you know the cost before moving day, not after.

Both options are available. We offer full packing services if you’d rather hand it off entirely, or a hybrid approach where we pack the tricky rooms and you handle the rest. You’re also welcome to pack everything yourself.

Hazardous materials like propane tanks, flammable liquids, and certain chemicals typically can’t be transported by moving companies. If you’re unsure about a specific item, ask your move coordinator and we’ll let you know what alternatives exist.
